Sedgwick Restaurant Group & Affiliated Restaurants is Hiring a Recruiting & Retention Coordinator Near Alpharetta, GA

Pure Taqueria has been serving up creatively-authentic Mexican cuisine since it’s 2005 opening in Alpharetta, Georgia! Now located in 7 locations around the Atlanta area and growing. Our focus over the years has remained on serving incredible, made in-house from-scratch food in an upbeat, fun atmosphere with unforgettable service. With house-made corn tortillas and fresh, seasonal margaritas, we’re continually striving to become more authentic and more PURE!
The Recruiting and Retention Coordinator is responsible for creating, planning and implementing effective strategies and systems to source, onboard and retain talented team members to facilitate the daily operations of the PURE Taqueria system. This position will work closely with the in-store management teams to identify needs and facilitate the recruitment of potential candidates. The Recruiting and Retention Coordinator will also ensure effective systems are in place at each location to allow meaningful communication between the management and team member during the onboarding and training cycles. This position will focus on retaining team members by identifying and creating opportunities to improve employee recognition, employee feedback and communication.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Draft, review and maintain accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria, job posting and advertisements.
  • Builds candidate pipeline for all positions by identifying effective sources for each position and location
  • Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
  • Is primary contact and driver of recruitment, screening and interviewing of all salaried positions
  • Coordinate job fairs as needed
  • Collaborates with the corporate and in-store management teams to review and recommend salary ranges, incentives, and benefits that will accomplish the positions objectives.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains systems that ensure effective onboarding and communications during the trying process.
  • Identifies opportunities to recognize employees that improves employee morale and facilitates retention
  • Works with corporate and management teams to create contests, bonuses and incentives that benefit our team members
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting or hiring experience in the restaurant industry is desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maximize interpersonal relationships with all team members
  • Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases systems
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Effective process and procedure management
  • Flexible and able to solve problems
  • Poised and professional, with a true understanding of hospitality
  • Self-Starter and Reliable
  • Human Resources experience is a plus
